Dewfresh UHT Products is packed in Tetra slimline Packs. To protect the packs it is packed into wrap-around cartons and shrink wrapped. Each carton contains 12 x 1 Litre packs and cartons are stacked on layers. The bottom 4 layers have internal divider boards that, together with metal corner edges, support a chipboard platform onto which a further 5 layers are stacked. The entire unit of 9 layers is then wrapped to protect from dust and moisture and to privide additional rigidity.

Bottom tier: 4 layers x 18 cartons = 72 cartons
Incorporating 8 support divider boards onto which rests one chipboard layer board onto which is stacked the top tier as follows:
Top tier: 5 layers x 18 cartons = 90 cartons
10 pallets per FCL = 1620 cartons = 19440
Total weight per pallet = 2000 kg
All exposed edges are protected by corner strips of metal on the bottom 4 layers and cardboard corner strips on the top 5 layers.
