Triple Berry Layered Smoothie Recipe

  • Dewfresh Double Cream Plain Yoghurt, 200g
  • Fresh strawberries, 150g
  • Fresh blueberries, 100g
  • Fresh raspberries, 100g
  • Honey, 30ml (or to taste)
  • Ice cubes, as needed
  • Fresh mint, for garnish

  1. Prepare the Berry Mixtures:

    • In a blender, separately blend strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries with a portion of the yoghurt and honey each, until smooth. Add ice cubes as needed for desired consistency.
  2. Layer the Smoothie:

    • In a tall glass, carefully pour the raspberry mixture to form the bottom layer.
    • Slowly add the blueberry mixture to form the middle layer.
    • Finally, top with the strawberry mixture.
  3. Garnish and Serve:

    • Garnish with fresh berries and a sprig of mint.
    • Serve immediately and enjoy the fresh, tangy layers of your triple berry smoothie!
