Hot Milk Cake

For the Cake:

For the Topping:

Place the flour and baking powder in a medium bowl
Set the mixture aside to use later
Melt the butter on the stovetop and then add milk
Beat 4 large eggs in a medium bowl
Add the sugar and vanilla essence to the egg mixture and stir until fully incorporated
Add the flour mixture and stir until there are no lumps
Add the melted butter mixture
Pour the mixture into a greased pan
Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C
Once completed cut the cake into 6 pieces
Whip the fresh cream
Top off the cake with whipped cream and berries
